I love all of the staff here, especially my sweet Nurse Practitioner Kim and her nurse. Dr. Joe is amazing as well along with his nurse Ashley. Dr. Joe does my injections and has an outstanding bedside manner. He is a very kind man. One other thing that is very notable to me and my situation, they allow CBD for my anxiety.

No other pain clinic that I’ve been with allows this. I do not want to take Benzos so CBD has been a plus for me personally. They really care about their patients and their entire well-being here. I have worked with them on decreasing my pain med dosage since I had surgery in March 2022 and they are behind me 100%. They don’t push pills just to stay in business. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The staff and the doctors are very nice and understanding and when you have questions, they answer them in an appropriate way, and they act like they care for their patients love coming here I wouldn’t have at other way !!

Dr. Joe, Jane and the nurses are wonderful! Dr. Joe and Jane take time to get to know about your other chronic conditions and find a plan of care to treat your entire picture not just your pain issue! I’ve been a patient for a little over 1 year.  I feel I’m treated with respect from all staff,  Dr D actually listens and does not push medications but alternate forms of treatment for pain. I also feel they follow up with your care on a monthly basis that most pain Management neglects to do.  

You are known by your name, your symptoms are addressed and treated, you’re an actual person with pain and not just a number. Recommend anyone who has pain to give Dr D and his staff a try, you won’t be disappointed.

The entire staff is very understanding of my pain and also that sometimes I am not in the best of spirits. The Dr. actually tried (effectively) to treat my debilitating pain without heavy doses of narcotics. I have gone to other drs. and felt like I was only a paycheck, there was no compassion or understanding! Here I feel I am part of my treatment not being told what I have to do like a child. I have been a patient at Southeast Spine and Pain since it opened, being treated for a broken back. I would like to elaborate on the service and care they provide. I have had several surgeries dealing with multiple different doctor’s offices, and none have come close to Southeast especially since Dr. Joseph DiChiara took over.

The individual concern and friendly atmosphere from the ladies up front, in billing, and all the assistants is unmatched in my years of experience and many other patients I have gotten to know. Dr. Joe has educated me on my injury, natural home therapy techniques which helped me use less medication over time. They are truly concerned with their patient’s well-being, so naturally when some people just want drugs and a doctor that doesn’t care they will be unhappy here.

Thank God we have a pain doctor and his entire staff that is on the up and up!!!
